Long-Term Serial Measurement of Muscle Volume in TRAM Flaps Using the Eclipse Treatment Planning System

Transverse rectus abdominis musculocutaneous (TRAM) flaps in breast reconstruction lose over 70% of muscle volume within 15 months, stabilizing around 20% of original size. This study quantifies TRAM flap volume changes over time.
