Extending Shelf Life of Refrigerated Catfish Fillets Using Sodium Acetate and Monopotassium Phosphate

Sodium acetate (SA) and monopotassium phosphate (MKP) can extend the shelf life of catfish. Combining SA with MKP significantly prolongs microbiological shelf life for refrigerated catfish fillets.
