    Summary

    Hyperprolactinemia can manifest in multiple endocrine adenomatosis, type 1 (MEA-1), with varying pituitary gland changes and prolactin (PRL) levels. Regular serum PRL monitoring is recommended for early detection of these pituitary tumors in MEA-1 patients.
