A Novel Reporter Mouse Uncovers Endogenous Brn3b Expression

We developed a Brn3b-mCherry reporter mouse using CRISPR technology. This tool allows noninvasive live imaging of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) for monitoring visual system development and disease.
