Spontaneous regression of nonfunctioning pituitary adenoma

Nonfunctioning pituitary macroadenomas rarely regress spontaneously. This case study details a rare instance of spontaneous regression in a young male without an identifiable cause.

- It suggests that conservative management may occasionally lead to unexpected tumor reduction.
- Further research is warranted to understand the mechanisms behind idiopathic spontaneous regression of pituitary macroadenomas.
