Novel Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator Ameliorates Murine Colitis

A novel selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM2) effectively treats colitis in mice by reducing inflammation and promoting anti-inflammatory monocytes. This compound shows promise for inflammatory bowel disease therapies.
