Walking with rhythmic auditory stimulation in chronic patients after stroke: A pilot randomized controlled trial

Rhythmic auditory stimulation (RAS) did not significantly improve walking outcomes in chronic stroke patients compared to standard gait training. Both groups showed improvements, but the addition of RAS offered no additional benefit for walking velocity, capacity, or balance.
