Procedural Sedation Using a Propofol-Ketamine Combination (Ketofol) vs. Propofol Alone in the Loop Electrosurgical

A propofol-ketamine combination effectively reduces patient movement during loop electrosurgical excision procedures (LEEP) compared to propofol alone. Higher ketamine doses did not offer additional benefits for procedural sedation.
