Pleistocene epilithic foraminifera from the Arctic Ocean

Attached epilithic foraminifera are a key, yet understudied, part of Arctic Ocean benthic communities. These agglutinated foraminifera colonize grains in glacial sediments, thriving in nutrient-poor conditions.
