Selective miRNA Modulation Fails to Activate HIV Replication in In Vitro Latency Models

MicroRNA (miRNA) modulation was investigated as a strategy to reverse HIV latency. This study found that modulating specific miRNAs did not reactivate latent HIV or reduce viral reservoirs in tested models.
