  • Complete surgical excision of the vulvar leioma was performed.
  • No recurrence was noted during a 24-month follow-up period.

  • Vulvar leiomyomas, though rare, should be considered in the differential diagnosis of vulvar masses.
  • Complete surgical excision is an effective treatment modality for vulvar leiomyomas, offering a good prognosis.
  • Early diagnosis and complete resection are crucial for managing vulvar leiomyomas and preventing recurrence.
