S100-EPISPOT: A New Tool to Detect Viable Circulating Melanoma Cells

A new S100-EPISPOT assay detects viable circulating melanoma cells (CMCs) with higher sensitivity than CellSearch®. Further research is needed to explore its potential for early relapse detection and treatment monitoring in melanoma patients.
