Streptococcus chosunense sp. nov., Isolated from Human Postoperative Maxillary Cyst

A novel bacterium, Streptococcus chosunense sp. nov., was identified from a human maxillary cyst. This facultative anaerobic coccus represents a new species within the Streptococcus genus.
