Peripheral artery disease (PAD) patients exhibit sedentary behavior and low moderate-vigorous physical activity (MVPA). Younger PAD patients are more likely to meet physical activity recommendations.

- Younger age is a key factor in meeting physical activity guidelines for PAD patients.
