P53/MDM2 Co-Expression in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Based on Digital Image Analysis

Overexpression of P53 and murine double minute 2 (MDM2) proteins correlates with advanced laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) stages. MDM2 overexpression is frequent in LSCC and linked to poorer patient survival.
