Multiple choroidal osteomas in a boy - a rare presentation: a case report

- While choroidal osteoma is more common in females, this case shows it can affect young males.
- Vision loss from retinal atrophy is difficult to treat; however, choroidal neovascularization may be manageable.
- Regular follow-up is advised for patients with choroidal osteoma.
