  • Participants underwent a 7-day creatine or placebo supplementation regimen.
  • Performance on sport-specific visuomotor, handgrip strength, and cognitive tasks was assessed before and after a 90-minute mental fatigue task (Stroop task).

  • Creatine supplementation significantly increased handgrip strength endurance compared to placebo.
