Robot-assisted laparoscopic donor nephrectomy (RALDN) offers enhanced precision but has longer operation and warm ischemia times compared to hand-assisted retroperitoneoscopic donor nephrectomy (HARPDN). However, both techniques show similar positive outcomes for kidney transplant donors and recipients.
