To emphasize the necessity of a management plan for shoulder surgery complications for all surgeons.

Analysis of common complications in shoulder procedures.

Increased shoulder surgery volume is linked to a higher incidence of complications.
Expertise level of the surgeon does not negate the need for complication management strategies.

Conclusions:
