Summary
High osteoprotegerin (OPG) levels in antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) are common, particularly in overweight patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). However, OPG did not correlate with antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) or venous APS events.
