Difficult Internal Jugular Central Venous Cannulation Using J-Tip Guidewire with Indwelling Peripherally Inserted

Central venous catheter insertion is complicated by existing devices. A standard J-tip guidewire may worsen difficulties during internal jugular cannulation when peripherally inserted central venous catheters are present.
