Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) offers better survival than percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for patients with advanced chronic kidney disease (CKD) transitioning to End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). This study found CABG significantly reduced mortality post-dialysis initiation compared to PCI.
