Partial pharyngolaryngectomy with infrahyoid flap: Our experience.

Advanced hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma can be effectively treated with conservative surgery and radio-chemotherapy. This approach offers good oncological and functional outcomes, preserving laryngeal function in selected patients.
