A Simple Modification of the Conventional Figure-of-Eight Sternal Closure Technique

A novel sternal closure technique, modified from the figure-of-eight approach, offers secure closure and prevents sternal complications. This method demonstrated safe and effective short-term outcomes in cardiac surgery patients.
