Blimp-1 Contributes to the Development and Function of Regulatory B Cells

Blimp-1 regulates regulatory B cells (Bregs), influencing their generation, IL-10 production, and differentiation. While Blimp-1 deficiency increases B10 cell frequency, it impairs their ability to suppress T cell proliferation and generate plasmablasts.
