Biomechanical preparation in primary molars using manual and three NiTi instruments: a cone-beam-computed tomographic

The self-adjusting file (SAF) system removed less dentine and cleaned primary root canals more thoroughly than rotary or hand K files. Rotary files, particularly ProTaper Next (PTN), offered faster preparation times for pediatric endodontics.
