Summary

Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) effectively controls vestibular schwannomas (VSs), preserving hearing in many patients. Younger patients with smaller tumors and lower Pittsburgh Hearing Prediction Scores (PHPS) show the best hearing preservation after SRS.
