Surgical resection of primary pulmonary sarcoma (PPS) offers a 5-year survival rate of 50%. Key factors impacting survival in PPS patients include incomplete resection, advanced stage, higher grade, and larger tumor size.

- Adverse prognostic factors identified were incomplete resection, advanced pathological stage, higher pathological grade, and tumor size ≥ 7 cm.
