Abstract:
Aortico-left ventricular tunnel (ALVT) combined with bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) is an extremely rare congenital heart malformation. This article presents an adult case of a special type ALVT combined with BAV which was diagnosed by echocardiography and computed tomographic arteriography (CTA) then successfully performed surgery and cured.
