Summary

Laser acupuncture (LA) significantly improved subjective carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) symptoms compared to placebo. While effective for symptom relief, objective nerve conduction studies showed no significant difference, suggesting LA as an alternative therapy for mild-to-moderate CTS.
