Sialorrhoea associated with sertraline use

This study reports a rare case of sialorrhoea (excessive saliva) in a patient treated with sertraline, an antidepressant. This finding contrasts with the usual dry mouth side effect, suggesting a potential link between sertraline and increased salivation.
