Bladder PEComa: A case report and literature review.

Perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas) are rarely found in the bladder, leading to frequent misdiagnosis. CT scans reveal these large, cystic masses with clear edges and enhanced solid components, aiding in identification.
