ACL Size and Notch Width Between ACLR and Healthy Individuals: A Pilot Study.

Female athletes with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) have smaller ACL size and narrower femoral notch width compared to healthy individuals. These anatomical differences may increase the risk of contralateral anterior cruciate ligament injury.
