Aortic aneurysm and diverticulum of Kommerell: a dreadful concomitance

Diverticulum of Kommerell (DOK), a dilatation of an aberrant subclavian artery, is often asymptomatic. This case highlights a DOK associated with aortic arch aneurysm and intramural hematoma, managed conservatively.

Background:
- The diverticulum of Kommerell (DOK) is a rare dilatation of the proximal aberrant subclavian artery, typically associated with the left-sided aortic arch.
