Summary

A new multiplex RT-PCR assay can simultaneously detect three major peach viruses: peach-associated luteovirus (PaLV), peach virus D (PeVD), and nectarine stem-pitting-associated virus (NSPaV). This sensitive and cost-effective method aids in large-scale disease surveys.
