Primary multifocal anaplastic large cell lymphoma with eyelid involvement: a case report

• Systemic chemotherapy achieved a complete regression of the eyelid cutaneous lesions.
• The patient remained recurrence-free for two years post-treatment.

Implications:

• This case highlights the importance of considering ocular adnexal involvement in CD30+ LPDs.
• Effective systemic treatment options exist for managing this rare presentation.
