Differences in cervical sagittal alignment between the standing and sitting positions

Cervical sagittal alignment differs between standing and sitting postures for most individuals. Patients with ideal spinal alignment show minimal changes, while those with imbalances experience notable shifts in cervical lordosis (CL).

- Patients with good baseline spinal alignment maintained stable cervical alignment.
- Positional changes in CL may be linked to pre-existing spinal imbalances and PI-LL mismatch.
