Unilateral Venous Approach to Contralateral or Bilateral Carotid Cavernous Shunts

This study demonstrates a novel unilateral venous approach across the midline to treat complex carotid cavernous fistulas (CCF). This technique offers a feasible and effective method for achieving complete occlusion of bilateral or unilateral shunts.
