Blepharoptosis and Cholesterol-Lowering Medications: A Retrospective Study

This study found a probable link between cholesterol-lowering drugs and blepharoptosis (droopy eyelid). A significant percentage of patients with ptosis taking these medications developed myopathy, which improved upon drug cessation.
