Primary Histiocytic Sarcoma Presenting as a Breast Mass: A Case Report

This report details a rare case of primary histiocytic sarcoma of the breast in an elderly woman. Surgical removal was successful, with no signs of recurrence or metastasis observed during follow-up.

- Post-operative imaging confirmed no other lesions, indicating a localized primary tumor.

- Highlights the importance of accurate immunohistochemical diagnosis for histiocytic sarcoma.
