Fast Tract Anesthesia Using Isoflurane and Propofol During Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery

This study compared isoflurane and propofol for fast-track anesthesia during off-pump coronary artery bypass graft (OPCABG) surgery. Both anesthetic agents demonstrated equivalent myocardial protection, indicated by similar Troponin-I levels post-surgery.
