Background:

Primary leiomyoma of the hand is an uncommon tumor.
Few cases have been reported, making comprehensive reviews essential.

Purpose of the Study:

To conduct a systematic literature review of all reported primary hand leiomyoma cases.
To add a new case of vascular leiomyoma of the hand to the existing literature.
