Predicting shockwave lithotripsy outcome for urolithiasis using clinical and stone computed tomography texture

This study developed a statistical model to predict extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (SWL) success for kidney stones. The model, incorporating CT texture analysis, did not achieve sufficient accuracy for clinical use.
