Is multidetector CT-scan able to detect T3a renal tumor before surgery?

Multidetector Computed Tomography (MDCT) shows good accuracy for detecting sinus fat and venous invasion in renal cell carcinoma (RCC). However, evaluating perirenal fat remains challenging, impacting T3a stage prediction accuracy.
