Summary

Tumor cells expressing high levels of Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) suppress T-cell activation. Inhibiting the Programmed cell death 1 (PD-1)/PD-L1 interaction with Compound A0-L restored T-cell function, suggesting therapeutic potential.
