Summary

Total transanal endorectal pull-through (TEPT) and laparoscopic-assisted transanal pull-through (LA-TAPT) are effective minimally invasive surgeries for Hirschsprung disease (HD). TEPT is associated with lower patient age and weight at surgery but higher rates of perianal dermatitis.
