Summary

Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental dysphasia (DD) show distinct white matter differences compared to healthy controls (HC). Fractional anisotropy (FA) impairments were most similar in the left inferior longitudinal fasciculus (ILF) between ASD and DD groups.
