Surgeons are increasingly adopting new techniques for unilateral cleft lip (UCL) repair, including the Fisher anatomical subunit repair and nasoalveolar molding. However, evidence for technique superiority remains limited, highlighting the need for standardized, evidence-based care in cleft lip surgery.
