GAD65-Ab encephalitis and subtle focal status epilepticus

Glutamic acid decarboxylase autoantibody (GAD65-Ab) encephalitis can present with subtle epilepsy features, including focal status epilepticus. Early recognition is crucial as standard EEGs may be normal, potentially delaying diagnosis.
