Pathology in the anterior maxilla can appear as radiolucencies, often inflammatory periapical radiolucencies of inflammatory origin (PRIO). However, some lesions may indicate serious conditions like squamous cell carcinomas (SCCs) or non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL).
